Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks are not accepted. We require a credit card number in order to reserve all appointments.
Gratuities
15 to 20% is customary but still left to your discretion. Our staff prefers cash gratuities. For appointments made for 4 or more people, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added.
Special Offers / Spa Finder / Spa Cash / KPRC Checks
- Special offers cannot be combined with any other promotion and is limited to 1 per visit.
- SpaFinder gift cards or coupons can only be used 1 per visit and the whole amount must be used completely. SpaFinder card cannot be used to pay tips and must be presented prior to treatment.
- Spa Cash must be used in 90 days. Spa cash must contain expiration date and signature, otherwise it cannot be honored.

KPRC Checks can only be used 1 per visit. They all expire on 05/01/2011 and cannot be accepted past the expiration date.
We reserve the exclusive right to refuse all non-Bliss Day Spa gift cards & certificates.
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for appointments, we require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel without charge. You will be charged the full price of your service if you fail to show up or cancel without notice.
Cancellations for Bliss Private SPArties
All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. We do not accommodate groups in the nail spa, unless it is a scheduled Bliss SPArty. Securing an available date requires a 50% deposit. Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior and the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Our cheeky and fun gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion and are available for any service or in any dollar amount. You'll love giving it as much as they'll love getting it. Please note, all gift certificates have an expiration date.
Boutique Returns
Unused boutique items may be returned with a receipt within 10 days of purchase for exchange or spa credit. All sale items are final and non-returnable. |
